DOMESTIC WATER CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN TAOS COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

five hundred twenty-three thousand three hundred eighty dollars ($523,380) to plan, design and construct a well, including a new piping system, canisters and a water storage facility, for the Cerro East mutual domestic water consumers association in Taos county.
