FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY ACQUISITION, ARCHAEOLOGICAL CLEARANCE AND

ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENTS FOR CANONCITO ROUTES 56, 57 AND 58 IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the state highway and transportation department

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to acquire rights of way, survey and complete archaeological clearances and environmental assessments for Canoncito routes 56, 57 and 58 in the north area of Canoncito in Bernalillo county.
