REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN COLFAX COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850,000) for clean up of the old wastewater treatment plant lagoons for environmental compliance in Angel Fire in Colfax county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase and install a sprinkler system and landscape the little league field in Maxwell in Colfax county; and

two hundred forty-nine thousand nine hundred dollars ($249,900) for renovations to the courthouse in Colfax county.
