HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 81

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS AT WESTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN SILVER

CITY IN GRANT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to renovate the fine arts center theater at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

two million dollars ($2,000,000) for infrastructure renovation and expansion at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county;

one million four hundred fourteen thousand dollars ($1,414,000) to renovate and expand Sechler hall at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county; and

three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) to construct the global resource center at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
