ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the office of cultural affairs

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to renovate, furnish and equip the historic Rio Grande theatre to be used as a performing arts center in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
