REQUESTED BY

FOR PHASE 2 IMPROVEMENTS TO THE LUNA SUBDIVISION IN LOS LUNAS IN VALENCIA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) for phase 2 improvements to streets, sidewalks, drainage and access in the Luna addition subdivision, to comply with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, in Los Lunas in Valencia county.
