FOR PHASE 3 OF THE MANUELITO ELECTRIFICATION PROJECT IN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

two hundred thirty-one thousand dollars ($231,000) for phase 3 of the Manuelito scattered site electrification project in Manuelito in McKinley county.
