AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH TO PROVIDE RURAL PRIMARY HEALTH CARE SERVICES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three million dollars ($3,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 pursuant to the provisions of the Rural Primary Health Care Act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
