SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 125

1. On page 1, line 12, after the semicolon insert "INCREASING PENALTIES FOR SEX OFFENDERS WHO FAIL TO COMPLY WITH REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS;".

2. On page 7, strike lines 8 through 10 and insert in lieu thereof "is guilty of a fourth degree felony and shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-18-15 NMSA 1978.".

3. On page 7, line 13, strike "misdemeanor and shall" and strike lines 14 through 16 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "fourth degree felony and shall be sentenced pursuant to the provisions of Section 31-18-15 NMSA 1978."".
