has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 21 after the word "lines" insert "and the property is".

2. On page 3 strike lines 1 through 4 through the word "approval."

3. On page 3 line 4 strike the word "state".

4. On page 3 line 5 strike the word "engineer" and insert in lieu thereof "municipalities".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
