AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR PLANNING FOR RENOVATION OF A HISTORIC BUILDING IN THE SOUTH VALLEY OF ALBUQUERQUE.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to plan and conduct technical assessment for the renovation of a historic building in the south valley of Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
