MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS TO PAY SALARIES AND BENEFITS FOR THREE ADDITIONAL CLERKS IN DIVISION 1 OF THE SAN JUAN MAGISTRATE DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for three additional clerks in division 1 of the San Juan magistrate district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
