AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR CLERKS FOR DONA ANA COUNTY MAGISTRATE COURT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seventy-two thousand dollars ($172,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for four clerks for Dona Ana county magistrate court. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
