has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 21, after the first occurrence of "to" strike the remainder of the line.

2. On page 1, strike lines 22 through 25.

3. On page 2, line 1, strike "throughout history" and insert in lieu thereof "provide, in conjunction with women in the military services for America, for commemorative activities and services in honor of women veterans".
