AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR STAFF FOR THE NEW MEXICO HISTORICAL RECORDS ADVISORY BOARD.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixteen thousand five hundred dollars ($16,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the state commission of public records for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to pay for staff to the New Mexico historical records advisory board. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
