AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY AIRFRAME MECHANICS PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to hire an instructor and expand the airframe mechanics program at the Roswell campus. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
