MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT TO EXPAND THE JUVENILE DRUG COURT ADVENTURE PROGRAM AND PAY FOR TRANSPORTATION COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty-four thousand five hundred dollars ($24,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the second judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to expand the juvenile drug court adventure program and pay for transportation costs associated with the program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
