has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, after the semicolon insert "CHANGING PROVISIONS PERTAINING TO INVESTMENT OF THE SEVERANCE TAX PERMANENT FUND;".

2. On page 2, line 2, strike "three-fourths of one" and insert in lieu thereof "three".

3. On page 2, lines 7 and 8, strike "seven million five hundred thousand dollars ($7,500,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000)".

4. On page 3, line 22, strike "five million dollars ($5,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "fifteen million dollars ($15,000,000)".
