has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 23, after "lease", strike the remainder of the line and strike all of lines 24 and 25 and on page 2, line 1, strike "easement" and insert in lieu thereof "or any other contract, agreement, instrument or document comprising part of the related transactions of which any lease is part,".
