MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO SUPPORT THE INCREASED RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CHILD ABUSE AND NEGLECT CITIZEN REVIEW BOARDS STATEWIDE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred seven thousand five hundred dollars ($107,500) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to support the child abuse and neglect citizen review board program statewide. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
