Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 2, after "rules" insert ", that may include the use of a co-payment or premium,".

2. On page 2, lines 5 and 6, strike "One million four hundred thousand dollars ($1,400,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000)".

3. On page 2, lines 11 and 12, strike "one million three hundred thousand dollars ($1,300,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000)".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
