AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ESTABLISH THE CENTER FOR ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to establish the center for energy technologies. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
