Your FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 7, between lines 8 and 9, insert the following new section:

"Section 8. LEGISLATIVE OVERSIGHT.--The tobacco settlement revenue oversight committee, if that committee is created by law, or other appropriate interim committee, shall monitor and oversee the youth development grant assistance program and any other youth development programs and activities of the council pursuant to the Next Generation Trust Fund Act.".
