AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO FUND ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES FOR THE DISABLED AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Four hundred eight thousand nine hundred forty-seven dollars ($408,947) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to provide accessibility services for the disabled to assist the university in federal law compliance mandates. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
