Your WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike House Floor Amendment 1.

2. On page 1, line 12, after "PURPOSES" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 and strike line 14 up to the period.

3. On page 5, line 4, strike the colon and insert in lieu thereof "its current and correct value as determined pursuant to the general valuation provisions of the Property Tax Code.".

4. On page 5, strike lines 5 through 13.

5. On pages 7 through 11, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and further recommends that it NOT be referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
