MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE COURTS TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL MAGISTRATE COURT CLERKS IN THE OTERO MAGISTRATE DISTRICT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty thousand dollars ($80,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the administrative office of the courts for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to pay the salaries and employee benefits for two additional clerks in the Otero magistrate district. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
