HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ______ to HOUSE BILL 435, as amended

1. Strike all house taxation and revenue committee amendments.

2. Strike all house appropriations and finance committee amendments.

3. On page 3, line 18, strike "At the end of any fiscal year, after all" and insert in lieu thereof "Any money in the athletic facilities financing fund in excess of the combined total".

4. On page 3, line 22, after "fund" strike the remainder of the line.

5. On page 3, line 23, strike "facilities financing fund" and insert in lieu thereof "coming due during any fiscal year".

6. On page 7, line 22, strike "2000" and insert in lieu thereof "2001".

7. On page 7, line 25, after the period insert "The accumulated amounts reserved to pay debt service on bonds issued payable from the governmental gross receipts tax issued by the state parks division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department shall be applied by the New Mexico finance authority to pay debt service as it comes due to the registered owner of those bonds.".

8. On page 8, lines 3, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 18 and 19, remove the brackets and line-through.

9. On page 8, line 19, strike "is".

10. On page 9, lines 3 and 4, strike "eighteen million dollars ($18,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "fourteen million dollars ($14,000,000)".

11. On page 9, lines 9 and 10 and lines 13 and 14, strike "seven million five hundred thousand dollars ($7,500,000)" and insert lieu thereof "five million five hundred thousand dollars ($5,500,000)".

12. On page 9, lines 17, 20 and 23, strike "one million dollars ($1,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000)".

13. On page 10, lines 1 and 2, strike "The costs of issuance of the bonds shall be paid from the athletic facilities financing fund." and insert in lieu thereof "Cash reserve fund deposits, costs of issuance and other expenses in a total amount not to exceed six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) shall be paid from proceeds of the bonds.".

14. On page 11, line 11, strike "2000" and insert in lieu thereof "2001".
