has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 25, strike "how" and insert in lieu thereof "whether".

2. On page 2, line 1, strike "since 1925".

3. On page 2, line 2, strike Subsection (1) and (2) in its entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
