MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR CHILDREN IN THE KIRTLAND COMMUNITY IN ALBUQUERQUE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the local government division of the department of finance and administration for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to contract for services to support community programs and services for children at the Issin Ryu facility in the Kirtland community in Albuquerque. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
