HOUSE BILL 374

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 21, strike "one year from" and insert in lieu thereof "the calendar year of".

2. On page 1, line 23, after the period, insert the following: "Proceeds from the sale of passes shall be deposited in the general fund.".
