HOUSE BILL 299

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, strike "OR" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and after "TRIBES" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "AND URBAN INDIAN ORGANIZATIONS TO GATHER ONGOING DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION AND FOR CHILDREN'S HEALTH BOARDS FOR NATIVE AMERICANS.".

2. On page 1, strike lines 13 and 14 in their entirety.

3. On page 1, line 17, before "The" insert the subsection designation "A.".

4. On page 1, line 21, strike "A." and insert in lieu thereof "(1)".

5. On page 1, line 23, after "Native" strike the remainder of the line and insert in lieu thereof "Americans in New Mexico; and".

6. On page 1, strike lines 24 and 25.

7. On page 2, line 1, strike "B." and insert in lieu thereof "(2)".

8. On page 2, lines 2 and 3, strike "tribal regions" and insert in lieu thereof "Native American urban and rural communities".

9. On page 2, line 9, before "Any" insert the subsection designation "B.".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS & FINANCE COMMITTEE.
