AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONTRACT FOR SUBSTANCE ABUSE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICES IN SOUTHEASTERN MCKINLEY COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Thirty-nine thousand dollars ($39,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to contract for provision of substance abuse outpatient treatment services in the southeastern area of McKinley county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
