has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22, after "infestations", insert "the

department of agriculture shall provide a report to the legislature at the end of fiscal year 2001 detailing expenditures from the fund and noxious weed control activities implemented".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
