Mr. Speaker:

Your ENERGY AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 202

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 18, strike "Santa Fe" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico".,

2. On page 1, line 22, strike "Santa Fe" and insert in lieu thereof "New Mexico".,

3. On page 1, line 23, strike "district" and insert in lieu thereof "districts".,

4. On page 1, line 24, after "agencies" insert "in ongoing projects. The institution receiving the special appropriation in this bill shall submit a detailed cost summary at the end of the project, and program evaluation to the legislative finance committee and the commission on higher education by August 1, 2003 detailing the benefits to the state from having this program implemented for a three-year period".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
