AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE SUPPORT OF DENTAL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE RURAL PRIMARY HEALTH CARE ACT.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for the purpose of providing dental services pursuant to the Rural Primary Health Care Act. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
