MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT FOR EXPENSES OF MOVING INTO A NEW COURT HOUSE.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the second judicial district court for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to pay for expenses of moving into the new court house. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
