AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR ELECTRONIC DATABASES FOR THE LIBRARY DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF CULTURAL AFFAIRS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred sixty thousand dollars ($360,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the library division of the office of cultural affairs for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for electronic databases. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
