MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO ENHANCE FOUR-H PROGRAMS IN SAN MIGUEL AND MORA COUNTIES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 to enhance four-H programs in San Miguel and Mora counties through employment of one full-time equivalent by the cooperative extension service. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
