AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CONTINUATION OF THE DURANGO-ZACATECAS MICROFILM PROJECT AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY IN LAS CRUCES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for the purpose of continuing the Durango-Zacatecas microfilm project. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
