SUPPORTING THE COLLABORATION AMONG NEW MEXICO, THE UNITED STATES, MEXIC0 AND SPAIN ON ARTISTIC INITIATIVES; FUNDING THE TOURING EXHIBITION OF EL FAVOR DE LOS SANTOS, THE RETABLO COLLECTION OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for the purpose of funding the university art gallery for the tour and exhibition costs of el favor de los santos, the retablo collection of New Mexico state university. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
