MAKING AN APPROPRIATION IN SUPPORT OF A DENTAL AUXILIARY EDUCATION PROGRAM AT THE DONA ANA BRANCH COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2001 for the purpose of establishing a dental auxiliary education program at the Dona Ana branch community college in Dona Ana county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2001 shall revert to the general fund.
