Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 27

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 27

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 50, line 21, strike "GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT" and insert in lieu thereof "DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY".

2. On page 50, line 22, strike "Two million dollars ($2,000,000)" and insert in lieu thereof "Two million two hundred forty-seven thousand dollars ($2,247,000)".

3. On page 50, line 23, strike "general services department" and insert in lieu thereof "department of public safety".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
