Significant Issues
House Bill 30 appropriates funding for the judgeships to the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court and to the Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) for the magistrates. The bill also funds costs related to the new judgeships that will be incurred by the District Attorneys and Public Defender Department.
