has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. Strike Senate Rules Committee Amendment 2.

2. On page 1, line 22, strike "to", strike lines 23 through 25 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "for road construction and maintenance purposes."",

and thence referred to the WAYS & MEANS COMMITTEE.
