FOR TENNIS COURTS AT ARTESIA HIGH SCHOOL IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state department of public education

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to plan, design and construct tennis courts for Artesia high school in Eddy county.
