FOR THE SAN JUAN COLLEGE RIVERVIEW EDUCATION AND RECREATION CENTER IN KIRTLAND IN SAN JUAN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the governing board of San Juan college

three hundred forty-nine thousand eight hundred dollars ($349,800) to plan, design, engineer and construct the Riverview education and recreation center in Kirtland in San Juan county.
