REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE SOUTHERN NEW MEXICO FAIRGROUNDS IN DONA ANA

COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design, construct and renovate the southern New Mexico fairgrounds in Dona Ana county.
