FOR EXPANDING THE PURPOSE OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION FOR A PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

The severance tax bond proceeds appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration pursuant to Subsection ZZZ of Section 5 of Chapter 4 of Laws 1996 (1^st SS) to plan and design a public safety building in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county may also be expended to acquire land.
