FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO HURD STREET IN SUNLAND PARK IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the state highway and transportation department

fifty-two thousand eight hundred dollars ($52,800) to surface and improve, including curbs and gutters, Hurd street in Sunland Park in Dona Ana county.
