REQUESTED BY

FOR UPGRADING THE PAN AMERICAN CENTER AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY

IN LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

• to the board of regents of New Mexico state university

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to upgrade the Pan American center, including repairing and repaving parking lots, at New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
